Description
Syrah 100%. Precious and intriguing, just like the ‘rebellious’ vineyard it comes from. Ruby colour with purple reflections. Great nose of spices accompanied by hints of vanilla. On the palate, it is harmonious and complex with a good final note of fine acidity. This wine is the result of a careful selection of grapes in the vineyard followed by 12 months in French oak barriques and no less than 3 months refinement in bottle. A fabulous expression of a terroir extremely suited to the production of Syrah.
Production 2019: 3,700 bottles.
