Description
The ‘Supertuscan’ from Colle Acacia. A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Sangiovese. Great nose of spices, red fruits marmalade and vanilla. On the palate, it is complex and soft, with a long and clean mineral final and a fine balance between tannins and acidity. The favourable terroir enhances the peculiar character of the three varieties, further amplified after a 12 months ageing period in barriques and 3 months refinement in the bottle.
Production 2019: 4,700 bottles.
